Why I became an editor
I have always loved reading and grammar. Proofreading allows me to use both interests in a way that is helpful to others.

I have taught English in many different settings: online, at an international school, and in private tutoring sessions.
Why I love proofreading and editing
I love bringing excellence to writing by removing overlooked errors, thereby raising the level of professionalism exhibited in the writing.
Favorite book:
I really love reading, so it’s difficult to choose a favorite book! I have enjoyed reading many Newbery Medal and Newbery Honor books. I also love reading biographies.
Hobbies:
When I'm not proofreading, I enjoy reading, taking walks in nature, and spending time with my family.
Editing tips:
I find it helpful to skim the document completely to familiarize myself with the purpose and content. After editing, I let the document rest for a while before going back for a final check.
