Favorite referencing style
I have the most experience using APA Style, which, to me, is quite a logical referencing style.
Why I became an editor
While proof-checking bookings for my work in the travel industry, I came to understand that I have a knack for detail-oriented work. Then, my lifelong enjoyment of sign writing for acquaintances turned into an interest in typography and led me to begin learning font design. These interests converge perfectly in proofreading. I feel that content, form and layout are parts of the same puzzle, and I love making a message stand out through appropriate presentation.

Why I love proofreading and editing
I love the feeling of ease that comes when a piece of writing reads smoothly. This is how reading should be so that the message is clear. I want my clients to reach their audience with purpose so that everything they have to say is understood and their meaning conveyed.
Favorite book:
‘The Bible’ – there were about 40 writers.
Hobbies:
Aside from proofreading, I like to make art (sometimes with oil pastels and often with mixed media), learn languages and keep up with friends.
Editing tips:
I like to go over the document several times, with an eye on different types of errors on each read.
